Included in the rental price are all the bills inc Gas, Electricity, Water and Council Tax, TV Licence and fast internet. On top of that, a fortnightly clean is offered at a small additional cost.

The Location is very central in the city, around 10 mins walk to the main shopping centre and situated right next to the prestigious Park Estate which makes for pleasant local walks.
